How we work

We apply a consistent approach across Deal Edition, Assurance and Sentinel. The tools may differ. The thinking does not.

The method in five disciplines

Evidence first

We don’t start with assumptions.
We examine live configurations, access structures, dependencies, and transaction flows. If we can’t trace it, we don’t rely on it.

Confirm exposure

There is a difference between a theoretical vulnerability and a real weakness.
We validate controls and behaviour so risk is based on what is true — not what is merely possible.

Decide what matters

Not every issue changes value.
We assess impact in business terms: revenue dependency, customer data, payment exposure, regulatory risk, and operational continuity.

Classify clearly

When something matters, we label it consistently — structural risk, control weakness, governance gap, configuration drift, or regulatory misalignment — so non-technical decision-makers can act with confidence.

Judgement, explained

Tools inform the process. They don’t conclude it.
Where judgement is required, we document it and explain it. Nothing material is implied or left ambiguous.
